Refund policy

Important information

  • 14 days to initiate returns upon receipt
  • 7 days to process refunds
  • No restocking fees
  • The customer pays return shipping fees

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

Return Process

If your items meet the return criteria mentioned above, you may begin your return process by contacting info@orthinex.com. Our customer support team will provide all necessary instructions, including the return address.

Please securely pack your items and use a delivery service that provides a tracking code. Share the tracking code with our customer support team.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours from placing the order. Please email info@orthinex.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it later.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to 2 additional days and use your tracking code. If your parcel still has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

Have you received damaged or wrong items?

If your package arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please take clear photos as evidence and email them to info@orthinex.com along with your order number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a fee of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.
