Order Process

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This means that your order is in our system and we have started processing it. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, followed by a shipping period of 7–11 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when we've dispatched your order. In the same email, you will also receive your unique tracking code.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours from placing the order. Please send us an email to info@orthinex.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it later.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum time limit for processing and dispatching has passed and your order has not arrived, please allow up to 2 additional days and use your tracking code. If your parcel still has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

Have you received damaged or wrong items?

If your package arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please take clear photos as evidence and email them to info@orthinex.com along with your order number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
